Tynology - VitaTops

A few weeks ago, I mentioned that my wife was in the middle of a transition to eat and live healthier. Since then, our nights and weekends have been filled with talks of exercise routines, recipes, and health plans.

To be honest, I haven’t traditionally been the healthiest eater. For over half a decade while I toured, my meals consisted solely of fast food, pizza and questionably-catered dinners. Not to mention the beer.

But for the first time in my life, I’ve been really focusing on what I put into my body. And it’s all thanks to my wife, whose dedication and motivation has been addicting to say the least.

For the last six weeks or so, I’ve attempted to participate in her healthy eating habits, joining her for low-calorie and organic homemade meals, and spending time with our son while she embarks on her daily high-intensity workouts.

One of the first products I picked up when this new lifestyle began was VitaTops. It’s become a daily morning tradition for Fox and I to split a Deep Chocolate muffin top while we watch cartoons. The best part is that VitaTops are exactly in line with our commitment to eating healthier, and Fox loves the real chocolate flavor.

I’ve even tempted Sarabeth with the Protein Banana Chocolate Chip Vitatops. Made from almost 100% organic ingredients, the frozen muffin tops heat in 20 seconds – just enough time for a 2-year-old to go from hungry to life-ending starvation. I can have three ‘tops ready to go in a minute flat.

If you’re interested in following along with Sarabeth’s journey through a healthier life – both mentally and physically, be sure to check out her blog, The February Fox. She’s been answering a lot of questions about the changes we’ve both been incorporating and loves to help out anyone interested in joining in.

Be sure to check out VitaTops in your grocer’s freezer aisle too. Whether you’re trying to eat healthier, faster or just enjoy a tasty and sweet breakfast, it’s a great way to get started.

Cheers, Ty
